▶ What do I receive after payment?
You receive a personal download link by email within minutes of payment. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows up to 5 downloads. The file is a high-resolution JPEG with your license information embedded in the metadata.
▶ Is there physical shipping?
No. AfroStocker sells digital files only. There is no physical shipping. You download your file directly after payment. For Print On Demand and A2/A4 products, you receive a high-resolution file ready to print at any print shop.
▶ What are the different licenses?
Web & Social Media ($9) — 1500px. For websites, Instagram, Facebook, blogs.
Standard Commercial ($29) — 3000px. For campaigns, branding, advertising.
Premium HD ($49) — 6000px. For print, extended use, all platforms.
A2 Print ($29) — 6000px. Printable file ready for A2 format.
▶ Can I use the images commercially?
Yes, with the Commercial or Premium license. The Web license is for personal and small online use only. Redistribution and resale of the original files are strictly prohibited regardless of license type.
▶ My download link expired, what can I do?
Links are valid for 72 hours. If your link has expired, contact us at support@afrostocker.com with your transaction reference (TXN ID) and we will send you a new link.
▶ What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All payments are processed securely by PayPal.
▶ What format are the files?
All files are delivered as high-resolution JPEG. They include embedded copyright metadata (EXIF/XMP) with your personal license information for proof of purchase.
▶ Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not offered once the download link has been accessed. If you have a technical issue or received the wrong file, contact us at support@afrostocker.com and we will resolve it quickly.
▶ Are these images AI-generated?
No. All AfroStocker images are authentic photographs captured in West Africa. They document real people, real food, real crafts and real daily life. No AI generation, no stock model staging.
